1. Overview

SermonMultiply provides sermon content transformation services designed for pastors, churches, ministry teams, and Christian organizations. Subscribers upload sermon materials (text, audio, video, or notes), and the platform produces multi-channel ministry content.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a subscription. By using SermonMultiply, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and not fraudulent.


3. Account Registration

To use the service, you must create an account and provide accurate contact, payment, and login information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account confidentiality
  • All activity under your account
  • Immediately reporting unauthorized access

We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account access.


4. Subscriptions & Billing

SermonMultiply operates on recurring subscription billing through SureCart, Stripe, and PayPal.

By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.

Price Changes

We may change pricing at any time; changes take effect on the next billing cycle. Notice will be provided in advance.


5. Uploading Sermon Content

By uploading sermon materials, you grant SermonMultiply permission to process and transform content solely for the purpose of delivering your requested service.

We do not own or claim rights over your sermons. All intellectual property remains yours.

We will not:

  • Publish your sermons
  • Share them publicly
  • Use them to train external AI systems without permission

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

  • Upload illegal or copyrighted content without permission
  • Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Use the platform for abusive, defamatory, or harmful purposes
  • Share their subscription access with unauthorized users

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.


7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Because SermonMultiply delivers digital customized services, payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in promotions.

However, we offer case-by-case review for billing errors or technical failure.

8. AI & Human Editing Disclaimer

Content generated by SermonMultiply uses AI-assisted tools and human review. While we aim for accuracy and quality, results may vary and should be reviewed by the subscriber before public distribution.

We are not responsible for:

  • Theological accuracy
  • Interpretive disputes
  • Misuse or misrepresentation of generated content

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep SermonMultiply available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, upgrades, or outages may occur.

We are not responsible for:

  • Data loss
  • Third-party service failures (SureCart, Stripe, PayPal, Hosting providers)
  • Delivery delays outside of our control

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SermonMultiply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

In any case, maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the most recent billing cycle.


11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend service access at our discretion if terms are violated. You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or competent courts in Georgia.


13. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance.
